Listing descriptions that read well on phones
Buyers who open your listing on a phone now get a layout made for the small screen: the photo comes first, and the text is larger and easier to read.
It applies to listings you publish from now on. Listings that are already live keep the description they have.
AslDrop now works on your phone
Open AslDrop in your phone’s browser and the whole app fits the screen: a slide-out menu, orders as easy-to-tap cards, and a full-screen view for each order.
There’s nothing to install. Sign in with the same account you use on your computer.
Buyers who already left feedback get a thank-you, not another request
Automatic buyer messages now check whether the buyer has already left positive feedback. If they have, they get a thank-you instead of a request for feedback they already gave.
In Orders, a mark next to the buyer’s name shows who has left feedback, and you can filter your orders by it.
Work on an order without leaving your list
Click an order and its details open in a panel next to your list. You can message the buyer from there without switching pages.
- A “Repeat buyer” badge shows when someone has ordered from you before, with their other orders one click away.
- Write a quick note in your own words and AI turns it into a polished English message you review before sending. Uses AI credits.
Auto Order gets to work on new orders sooner
We sped up the path from a new eBay sale to Auto Order. New orders reach AslDrop sooner, and Auto Order starts on them without waiting for its next scheduled round.
How it buys, and the checks it makes before buying, stay exactly the same.
Find orders by item, and arrange your tables your way
The Orders search box now finds orders by eBay item ID, SKU, listing title or source product ID.
In Listings and Orders you can hide the columns you don’t use and put the rest in the order you like. Your layout follows you to any computer you sign in on.
Get your sales and alerts on Telegram
Connect Telegram once and AslDrop sends new sales, buyer messages, return and cancellation requests, and anything that needs your attention to your phone. Each sale shows the item, the amount and your profit.
Once a day you get a summary of the previous day’s orders, revenue and profit, and you can ask for today, this week or this month whenever you like.
You choose which alerts you get. To connect, scan the QR code in Settings → Notifications.
Type “/” to drop a saved reply into a message
Save the replies you send again and again. While writing to a buyer, type “/” and the shortcut, like /thanks, and the reply goes in with the order details already filled in.
If part of the reply still needs filling in, AslDrop holds the message until you complete it.
When your supplier can’t ship to the buyer’s state
Some products can’t be sent to every US state. When Auto Order stops because your supplier won’t deliver to the buyer’s state, AslDrop can now handle the follow-up for you:
- The buyer’s state is added to the listing’s “Exclude States” item specific, so the next buyer can see it before ordering.
- The buyer gets a polite message explaining that the item can’t be delivered to their state and asking them to request a cancellation.
Switch it on in Settings → Buyer Messages and it runs on its own, or use the button on a single order to do it just for that one.
All your notifications in one place
The bell at the top of every page collects new orders, buyer messages, return and cancellation requests, and alerts. Tabs keep each kind apart, and every order shows the product photo and the sale amount.
Unread items stay marked until you open them, and you can clear the list whenever you like.
Buyer messages that fit eBay International Shipping orders
On an eBay International Shipping order, “delivered” means the parcel reached eBay’s shipping centre in the United States, not the buyer, who is still waiting for the international leg. Automatic buyer messages now treat these orders differently:
- Instead of your usual “delivered” message, the buyer gets a note that their order is on its way to them, with a pointer to the tracking on their eBay order.
- Feedback requests wait two extra weeks, so the parcel has time to reach the buyer first.
- Messages greet the buyer by their own name, not the shipping centre’s.
Bulk listing is faster
We reworked the way bulk runs send your products to eBay. Big lists now go live noticeably faster than before.
There’s nothing to switch on: every bulk run uses it.
Returns and disputes get their own page
Returns, item-not-received cases, cancellation requests and eBay cases now sit together on one page, so you can see at a glance what needs a reply.
Reply, send a return label to the buyer or accept a cancellation right there, with the same options eBay gives you.
A cleaner Messages inbox
Messages is organized in folders like your eBay inbox, with an Unanswered folder so nothing slips through. Mark a conversation as answered when you’re done with it.
Each conversation links to its order, and photos buyers send now show right in the conversation.
Round your prices to the endings you choose, like .99
Turn on Round prices, add the endings you like (for example .99 and .49), and AslDrop moves each price to the nearest one. Live listings pick up the new price at their next price check.
A price is never rounded below what the item costs you plus eBay fees, and rounding stays off until you switch it on.
