What a credit is, and what spends one
Credits exist for exactly one thing: converting a supplier tracking number into a buyer-facing one and pushing it to eBay. Nothing else in AslDrop consumes them.

One converted tracking number costs 2 credits. An order whose tracking you enter yourself, or that never ships, costs nothing.

Placing orders, publishing listings, price sync, auto-messages and AI replies are all in the plan price and never touch your credit balance.
30days
Monthly reset
Your allowance refills every 30 days. Credits do not roll over — unused ones expire at the reset, and so does any top-up balance left on the account.
AI titles are separate. They run on their own AI credit balance: 2 AI credits per title, from packs starting at $7.99. Without AI credits, the product’s own title is kept.

Top-ups are a one-time purchase from Settings → Billing, whenever you need one. Your monthly allowance is always spent first, so a pack is only touched once the included credits for that period are gone.

What counts as an “active listing”?
Any product of yours that is currently live on eBay through AslDrop — including ones that are temporarily out of stock, since those are still published, still findable and still being rechecked. Ended listings and anything you’ve removed from the software don’t count, and neither do eBay listings you created outside AslDrop that we only track for you.
Is there a limit on how many new listings I can create?
No. There is no monthly listing quota on any plan — you can list, end and relist as much as you want. The only number that matters is how many listings are live at the same time.
How many eBay stores can I connect?
3 stores up to the Standard tier, 10 stores from Growth through Ultra, and unlimited from Max (15,000 listings) upward. Your listing limit is shared across all connected stores.
Does Auto Order cost extra?
No. Auto Order is unlimited and included on every plan, with no per-order fee and no credit cost. It places orders on your account with our supported supplier marketplace, so there is no middleman charge to pass on to you.
What happens when I run out of tracking credits?
Tracking conversion pauses for the rest of the period; nothing else stops. Your listings, price sync, orders and messages all keep running. You can wait for the monthly reset, buy a top-up pack, or move to a larger plan — and you can still enter tracking numbers yourself at no cost.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Both the included allowance and any purchased top-up balance are cleared at each 30-day reset. That’s why the packs start small — buy what you need for the month you’re in rather than stockpiling.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. An upgrade takes effect straight away and you only pay the difference for the days left in the period. A downgrade takes effect when the period you already paid for ends, so you never lose days you bought.
What happens if I go over my listing limit?
You’ll be prompted to upgrade before you can publish more — nothing you already have listed gets taken down.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. We never store your card, and your card is never charged automatically. Each period you get an invoice: if your prepaid account balance covers the whole invoice, it is paid from your balance automatically; otherwise you pay it by card. To stop, turn off renewal on the Billing page — your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. There is no card subscription running in the background.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. Your plan is a flat monthly fee based on catalog size — what you sell for and what you keep is entirely yours.
