I have more than one Amazon account. Which one buys?

Each Amazon account on the Fulfillment page has its own rules: which of your eBay stores it buys for, and which buyer states. When more than one account is allowed to buy an order, they take turns. You don’t need to pick one per order.

Setting it up

1. Open the Fulfillment page and click the Amazon account.
2. Under “Orders this account buys”, tick the stores and the buyer’s states this account should buy for. A newly connected account has everything ticked.
3. Press Save.

Example: sales tax

If one of your Amazon accounts pays sales tax in California and another doesn’t, untick CA on the first one. California orders then go to the second account, and every other order still takes turns between both.

When no account is set to buy an order

Auto Order leaves that order for you, and the order page says why. It isn’t bought later by itself, even if you change the rules afterwards — you may already have bought it yourself. To have it bought for you, change the rules, then open the order and use “Order on Amazon”.

If the only accounts allowed to buy an order are paused, the order waits instead, and goes on by itself once you activate one of them.
