The buyer hasn’t paid, or the address is missing
eBay lets buyers commit to a purchase and pay later, and we never buy before the buyer has paid. The order waits and goes on by itself once they pay.
If eBay gave us an incomplete delivery address, or Amazon didn’t accept it, we don’t buy either.
What to do
- Unpaid: nothing to do. To stop this happening, turn on “Require immediate payment” in your eBay business policies.
- Address: check it on the eBay order with the buyer. If it’s wrong, cancel so they can buy again with the right one.
- Cancelled or refunded orders are never bought — don’t buy them on Amazon.
